This November, Health & Nutrition Week will make Frankfurt, Germany, the hotspot of modern nutrition.

Consciud nutrition is a huge trend in the United States, Europe and, especially, in Germany. Consumer are increasingly conscius of what they eat and are looking for healthy, natural and functional foods, making it impossible to imagine German supermarkets whithout term such as free from, made with natural ingredients, vegan, etc., appearing on shelves and product labels.

In addition to reflecting a personal lifestyle choice, certain foods offer solutions for common diseases, including diabetes, obesity, food intolerance and malnutrition later in life. At the same time, societal problems such as large-scale livestock farming can also be reduced with the consumption of meat substitute products.
