Benexia’s LM Chia Seeds undergo a natural sterilization process that has been specially designed to meet the strictest international food safety specifications and includes simultaneous pasteurization, disinfection and enzyme inactivation.

Benexia’s Chia Powders are the result of an exclusive and unique technology, MICROTECH®, specifically designed for chia. It is a natural and organic process that disaggregates the chia into micro-particles optimizing shelf life, nutritional content and stability for the various chia extracts.
MICROTECH® delivers a high-quality product with a particle size distribution under 125 microns and 435 microns. These ingredients are then exclusively designed for:
