Xia Powder-125 is a high-protein chia fiber extract that concentrates chia protein in a micro-milled format, according to Sandra Gillot, CEO, Benexia.

“Xia Powder-435 is a new source of plant-based protein, fiber and healthy lipids, that when ingested may help reduce carbohydrates and calories due to its high fiber content and ability to facilitate digestion,” said Gillot. “This particular ingredient is created for use in bread, pastas and bakery products; its medium fine particle size can improve “whole grain” appearance, and it has a synergistic effect with proteins and bonding agents, as well as a capillary effect (increases binding of water and oil). Xia Powder-435 also increases dough yield and bread volume.”
